About Us
The Club was established in 1974. In 1988 the members reached an agreement with the Willis Family to purchase the club.
The club as a total of 1,435 members split as follows:
- Male: 900
- Female: 370
- Juniors / Students: 165
The Club is managed on a daily basis by the following key people with the support of 3 committees:
- Club Captain – Micheal Heaney. Michael joined the club in 1996 and since that date has been a very active member. In 2005 he was apointed as Honorary Secretary, a position he held for 5 years. In November 2011 he was appointed as club captain for 2012.
- Honorary Secretary – Richard Mc Namara. Richard joined the club in 2004 and was appointed as Honorary Secretary in 2011.
- Honorary Treasury – Tom Little. Tom joined the club in 1991 and was appointed as Honorary Treasury in 2011.

Juniors/Students
The Club actively supports our boys and girls juniors with an extensive junior programme. Juniors are encouraged to join the club at an early age and to play golf during the allotted times. The Men’s committee takes direct responsibility for juniors and appoints a member of the committee to act as junior convener on an annual basis.
Currently we have a total of 165 junior members.
All new junior members are given lessons by the Club Professional on the basics of golf. These are provided by the Club.
The current annual membership rate for Junior membership is €115 and €215 for Students.
